小溪是面鏡子，反映萬物的顏色

他們說，蓋這些東西是為了讓野溪變安全，所以只好犧牲溪邊動物們的家

這個夏天的雨季特別長，雨下個不停，好像天公伯忘了關水龍頭

雨水穿過厚厚的烏雲，落到了小村的土地上。滴滴答答滴滴答答……

從此小溪變成了紙上的圖畫， 一動也不動的藍色圖畫

只要記得爸爸說的，野溪裡的石頭比妳大，才能下水玩

唱歌的是些甚麼鳥啊？ 我看不到牠們的身影 我只聽見牠們的聲音 也許牠們只是歌聲，是野溪的歌聲

汪汪！

我們要說的，與溪水緩緩切開大地，沖蝕出溪谷的時間相比，就像不過剛剛發生一樣。

走吧、走吧、去溪邊走走吧！ 向著藍色的小溪走吧！

我們去走這條路吧！去踩在田埂的泥巴上面

我希望現在溪水能夠倒流，回到過去的時光

沒有甚麼比鋼筋水泥更堅固了，風雨也奈何不了它！

小溪是面鏡子 反應萬物的顏色

《野溪之歌》劇情敘述人類以巨大工程改造「野溪」，讓野生動物面臨生存掙扎，引領觀眾思考人為工程對環境造成的影響，是為推廣水土保持觀念與環境教育而做。演出運用「偶」靈活表現各式野生動物，並邀請觀眾進入特別設計的環形舞台之中席地而坐。所有的觀眾與表演者同在一個大圓圈裡，象徵著所有人共同的生活環境「地球」。演員們懷著謙卑與童心吟唱《野溪之歌》，由四面八方進出環形舞台，與觀眾近距離互動，讓觀眾深切感受主角的生活與小溪切身相關的情境，創造出專屬於每一位觀眾獨一無二的演出。

The Song of River

The river is like the mirror, which reflects the colors of the world
“The Song of River” illustrates that humans change the river with the great construction, and it causes animals to struggle to survive. It is a theater production which focuses on the theme of water and soil conservation, and brings out the discussion of the environmental problems.
The animals in the performance are presented by the puppets. Moreover, the design of the stage is quite unique to give the very intimate experience to the audience. Audience are invited to be seated on the floor inside the round-shape stage. All audience and performers are embraced in this same big circle, which resembles the Earth, where we are all living on. The audience perceives the messages from the same perspective as the protagonist while surrounded by the characters, animal puppets, and the theme song sung by the performers with great sincerity.
