百年來，浮沉在大海上的台灣島嶼，溫柔承接了四面八方的旅人，始終默默擁抱每一個微小如塵的你我，從未停止的遷徙與抵返，讓來自他方的新住民、移工、新二代，成為我們居所中的日常風景，然而儘管如此貼合共存，卻仍有不被理解的隔閡與苦楚。《微塵．望鄉》，運用人偶同台、光影戲、即時投影劇中劇，打造虛實錯雜的魔幻空間，訴說渴望回家的寂寞人，彼此命運牽引的故事，探問在飄洋過海的顛簸旅途中，何以找到安歇自身的所在。

For centuries, the island of Taiwan, floating on the sea, has shown a warm welcome to travelers from all over the world, even the dustlike nobodies. Throughout the journey of endless arrivals and departures, the immigrant residents, immigrant workers, and the second generation have made themselves a part of the place we live. However, misunderstanding, suffering, and separation still exist in our generally harmonious and friendly relationship. Homecoming brings actors and puppets together on stage, while it adopts shadow-theatre techniques and real-time projected play-within-a-play to create a world of fantasy where the border between reality and illusion has no longer existed. Here on stage, it tells us a story of how the lonely, homesick diasporas have their lives cross with each other as they find themselves a resting place on a journey across the turbulent sea.
